Chrishan (female)

Can be spelt:Christian (F)

Source(s): FreeCEN 1841 Census of Aberdeenshire
Notes:

English and, especially, Scottish. This is one of the most frequent spelling variations of Christian in the transcription of the 1841 Census of Aberdeenshire. It may well be a misreading [-ti- being mis-transcribed as -h-] but its frequency means that care must be taken to find it by adapting the search approach.
